Yes, consistency IS key! I always respect my body. The only thing that stopped me from achieving my fitness goals would be an Injury or illness, nothing else! After a decade of admiring their physiques and following their workouts and countless times I would start training for a show and then get sidelined by school and work or other excuses I decided enough was enough and I had better get my butt in gear!
